I have always had good service from them in years gone by but this time has pur me off ordering with them again. Ordered two pairs of shoes in the sale. Didn’t get a despatch email so checked my account and one pair had been cancelled . Called them, they told me there was not enough stock so it had been cancelled. Annoying but nothing I could do. They assured me I would only be charged for the pair that was sent out. I was charged for both and have spent a month calling them and emailing them to correct it. They agree it is owed but no refund seen in my account. I have now had to hand it over to my credit card to sort out. I won’t be using them again.

I have been a happy customer for many years and ordered a pair of sandals in size 38. I have always used the same size, but this time the shoes was way to small. Now then i have to return them it will cost me 53 euro. It's half the price of the shoes. Never have a tried such a bad customer service for buying online. I'm really disappointed and sad that I never will wear camper shoes again after this experience

I bought 3 shoes for almost 2 months, one of them arrived in a bad shape as it was worn before, I contacted the support it took ages to reply asking me to send it back to Spain for the quality check!. 3 weeks now have passed and I did not receive any reply every time I call the support the operator confirms that I will receive a reply 2nd day and since ever no reply!super sad and never again experience!!!updates: Camper send again DHL to collect the item (which they already have :) ) after calling the support "again for the 7th time" they asked to send an email with my questions. I asked where is my shoes or my refund! they refunded me finally with the shoes price but deducted the pickup cost! which I did not ask for, and they never mentioned that picking up the item will be at my own cost after 3 months of consuming my energy completely and a very slow response, they charged me for their fault. in summary, never again, be a ware of Camper especially online shop!

Sent some faulty slippers back to their Edinburgh branch. Took over a month to say that they received them (although it’s only a few hundred miles away by car). Refund was issued and still I am waiting - 2 weeks later after they promised it would be in my account within 5 days. 6 weeks in total and I’ve had no money refunded. I have emailed and get ignored. I have phoned and get promised it’s going into my account in the next day or two. It doesn’t. They have now stopped replying to my emails and have barred my number so I can’t contact them. Basically they have stolen my money!!! So disappointed as I loved their shoes. But they are not worth this much hassle and stress. Disgusting and unlawful behaviour.

Like some other people, I give one star just because I can't give zero. Customer service is so terrible that pretty shoes are not worth it. I had to return a pair of crcl sneakers, cost 165 euro. It was almost two weeks since the parcel was delivered to the return warehouse. Send two emails asking about the refund. The first time they said that they hadn't received it yet. The second time around, they ignored it. Camper's behaviour is equally unfair and disgusting.

I was hesitant to order after seeing so many bad reviews about the delivery and customer services. In my case both of the pair of shoes came withing a week and were in perfect condition. Really great experience with the delivery (Royal Mail). The quality of shoes, as always, really good.

I am on my 4th day waiting for my Camper shoes, sadly DHL have had 4 attempts at finding my house ...but still i wait

my order 4002611386 placed 12 days ago, shipped 10 days ago, still not yet on my hand. Estimated delivery date is Pending bcs fedex not yet get the item.??? weird

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.I bought shoes online and they were ready to be dispatched and then they canceled my order because they could not get the shoes. Still waiting for a refund. Cannot get through to their customer service number and apparently they are looking into it (Instagram message) but have not heard back. Worst company to deal with ever.

I can only speak for my sole experience of ordering online, but I have been wearing Camper shoes and have known this company for years. Their shoes look great and true to the images on the website. The quality is amazing. I ordered on the 29th of December and got my boots on the 8th of January - which is reasonable, considering how busy it was this period. The boots (Walden) are brilliantly made and one can tell they will last for ages. There will be no problem with the sizing if you actually bother to click on the sizing guide and spare two minutes to measure your foot. To give you an idea, I am usually a UK 5.5 and I found I needed a 39 (meaning 6) in Camper shoes. I have no experience of contacting customer support, as everything went ok with my order.

I returned a pair of unworn children’s shoes for a refund Via Royal Mail (case no 1017970) at a cost of £7+ and I have the postal receipt but no one is replying about where these shoes are. I have no shoes and no money and I need the refund before I can afford to buy my little boy more shoes. I’ve shopped at camper for him since he was born because the quality is great but I must say the customer service is lacking.

Hi I ordered FOUR pairs and received them in August order number 4002284740. All four pairs are faulty. Both my pairs Beatle and peu slip at the heal . And my wife’s peu she can’t fit on and her runner is constantly cutting her heal. Please advise your solutions

While I appreciate that the current climate has affected everyone, the level of service from Camper has been dire.I've spent around £600 with Camper over the last couple of years and have found the returns process to be straightforward (2 pairs didn't fit, although they were my normal size).The last time was different. I needed to return a pair on QA grounds (they were dirty), which I initiated on 28th July. Since then, I have had to continually chase up for a decision on the rejection acceptance (the advisor always had to chase another dept. for a decision, but I was unable to contact them directly myself). Once accepted, arranging a return was painful; Camper would ask for a suitable date/time, which I'd give them. The date would come and go and I'd have to chase to rearrange. This happened more than once.Finally they were collected on 12th October and today I receive an email telling me the refund will be within 10 working days.I have lost count of the number of emails I've sent and calls made, usually with either no response or being advised that another department is being waited on for an answer. I feel like I've made Camper an interest-free loan.3 months to return a pair of shoes and obtain a refund for a faulty product? Not cool Camper.My perception of the brand has been left severely impacted by this truly terrible customer service.23/10 - Camper have responded asking me to send them my email address. They have not provided any indication of where to send it. Camper, if you're listening, use my case reference 984118 to get in contact with me.28/10 - Despite updating this on the 23rd and emailing camper with a link to this review, I've still heard nothing. It would appear that Camper could not care less about their customers.

I am sadly a camper shoe lover of many years who has been let down. I have sent repeated emails re my sons shoes defect and spent too much money on hold to a premium customer service line - no response to either. Shocking service
